The memorial house of G. Uspensky in the village of Syabrenitsy was opened in 1935 in the writer’s house. He lived here with his family in 1881–1882. It is located on the highway St. Petersburg-Moscow. From here Uspensky went on his multiple trips around Russia. It is the only literary-memorial museum of the writer in our country. There is a literary exposition dedicated to the life and work of Uspensky. Here you will find memorial rooms: the writer’s room, his wife Alexandra Vasilyevna’s room, the dining-living room, and the kitchen.
