From the 360-degree observation deck at 38 metres above the ground, one can enjoy the most wonderful panorama of Staraya Russa. Visitors have to climb 126 steps to get to the observation deck.
Small groups of up to six people can climb to the observation deck.
On the ground floor, there is a tourist information centre. You can buy gifts, book guided tours and make inquiries about the city and its landmarks.
An exhibition of Staraya Russa artists is located on the first floor.
There is a crafts exhibition on the second floor, with birchbark, bead and felt works on display.
The observation deck is on the third floor.
