The property includes a big cottage and a VIP cottage with a Russian sauna. The total capacity is 20 people.

Wi-Fi is provided on the entire property, as well as satellite Tricolour TV.

  • The VIP cottage has Wi-Fi access, a Russian sauna, Finnish sauna, shower, equipped kitchen, common room, two fireplace rooms, a double bed, plasma TV, karaoke, air conditioning, DVD player, 3D goggles, and large collection of 3D films. On the property there is a petting zoo, a large common area with an outdoor grill, small ponds and a fountain.
  • The Golden Room is a spacious room on the third floor of the big cottage. It boasts a satellite TV, white leather couch and two leather chairs.
  • The Office Room is located on the second floor. It has two separate beds, two large windows, a wardrobe and a desk.
  • The two side-view rooms are small rooms on the third floor.
  • The Children’s Room is a small mansard room on the fourth floor. It has a sofa bed and a small TV.

    The petting zoo features geese, ducks, turkey poults, chicks, rabbits, goats, sheep, ponies, dogs and bees.

    Podvorye Masarskogo is an excellent place for a corporate or personal holiday. Outdoor corporate and birthday parties are very popular given our large space, fresh air and cosy cottages.

    The farmstead also hostswedding parties. The hotel staff will help you arrange marriage registration in the Slavic style.

    The farmstead can organise festive events or a simple photo session.

    Among additional services are guided tours, workshops and a Russian sauna.

    Directions
    Take the shuttle bus from Pyatnitskoye Shosse metro (Moscow) to the town of Borovichi (approximately 1,200 roubles) and then go by car to Opechensky Posad. Or take the train to the Okulovka or Uglovka stations and then go by car to Opechensky Posad.
