The Milyukov Estate and Park in Podgorye begins right behind the Ascension Church.
The estate grounds have a rectangular shape, stretching from south to north, with village houses along the western and eastern flanks. The estate’s boundaries are marked by the Luga River in the north, a ditch separating the estate’s orchard from a field in the south, an alley lined with acacia trees leading to the river in the west, and a creek along the eastern side.
