This is an interactive ornithological exhibition of birds of prey, which inhabit the Novgorod region: black kite, goshawk, falcon, peregrine falcon, eagle owl, long-eared owl, crow, and others. Here you can get acquainted with traditions of falconry.
The falconers arrange demonstrations of bird flights on a picturesque lawn. They simulate hunt of the birds on a moulage prey and much more. The programs are held according to the event poster of the museum and by particular order.
