The festival takes place in Gruzino, the Chudovsky District, where the mansion of Count Arakcheyev was located. It includes a parade of festival participants and a number of tours of museum expositions, such as “The Nobleman from Novgorod Alexei Arakcheyev” and those in Arakcheyev Park.
